One portal, one monthly price.
Banded by how many people are in the portal, because that drives both what the audit is worth and what it costs to run. Annual billing on request: two months free.
- Weekly re-scan, so the number stays current
- Trend over time
- Scan on demand, any time
- Per-user detail on every scan
- Alerts by email, or to Slack, Discord or Google Chat

Annual billing on request: two months free. Prices exclude VAT. Paddle is the merchant of record and handles VAT and invoicing. You subscribe from inside the app, once a portal is connected, so the subscription is attached to that portal.
The things you would email to ask.
What counts as a user?
Active users in the portal. Deactivated ones are not counted, because Tendal does not scan them. It is the same number your own audit reports back to you, so you can always check the band you are on.
What if the portal grows past its band?
Your band is set from the audit when you subscribe, and it stays put: growing mid-term does not re-price you. If a portal outgrows its band we will raise it with you at renewal rather than moving you automatically.
What if I connect more than one portal?
Each connected portal is priced on its own band. If you are a consultancy running this across a client base, there is a better shape for that than paying per portal at list: HubScan licenses the same audit to firms who run it against their clients' portals and deliver the report under their own name. Talk to us either way.
Is the free audit time-limited?
No. It is one snapshot rather than a trial that expires. You keep it, and you can run the audit again whenever you want to see today's figures. What a subscription adds is that Tendal keeps watching: the weekly re-scan, the trend it builds, and the alert when something moves.
Who do I pay?
Paddle, which is the merchant of record for every order. They handle VAT, including reverse charge on a valid EU VAT number, and issue the invoice.
Can I cancel?
Any time, and it stops at the end of the period you have paid for. Disconnecting the portal in HubSpot cuts our access immediately, whether or not you have cancelled.
