Include your portal id if the question is about a specific result. It is in the top right of any HubSpot screen, and it lets us look at the same scan you are looking at.
Before you write:
A result that looks too good usually has a named caveat next to it. That caveat is the answer.
To stop Tendal reading your portal, disconnect it in HubSpot under connected apps. That is immediate and needs nothing from us.
